We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. If Clocked is not right for you, contact us and we will process your refund promptly.

If you purchase Clocked and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase. We do not require an explanation. Simply contact us at hello@urclocked.com with your order details and we will issue a refund.

How Refunds Work

Clocked is sold through Paddle, who acts as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Your license key will be deactivated upon refund.

After 14 Days

Refund requests made after 14 days of purchase are considered on a case-by-case basis. We will always try to do right by our customers. If you are experiencing a technical issue that prevents you from using Clocked, please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it.
