By purchasing or using Clocked ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Software is developed and sold by Clocked ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Software on machines you own or control. You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or redistribute the Software.
Clocked is sold as a one-time purchase. Your license includes all updates released during the current major version. We reserve the right to charge for future major versions, but will never convert existing licenses to subscriptions.
We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase, no questions asked. Contact us at hello@urclocked.com to request a refund. Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor.
Clocked allows you to connect your own Stripe account to collect payments from clients. We never handle, store, or process your clients' payment information. All payment processing is handled directly between you and Stripe under Stripe's terms of service. We are not responsible for disputes, chargebacks, or payment failures arising from your use of Stripe.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. You assume all risk associated with the use of the Software.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address.
