Clocked is a macOS desktop application. We are committed to your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what we don't do with it.
Purchase information: When you buy Clocked, our payment processor Paddle collects your name, email address, and payment information. We receive confirmation of purchase and your email address to deliver your license. We do not store your payment card details.
License validation: When you activate Clocked, your license key is verified against Paddle's servers. We log successful activations to prevent abuse.
Support communications: If you contact us at hello@urclocked.com, we retain your email and correspondence to provide support.
Clocked does not collect telemetry, usage analytics, crash reports, or any data about how you use the application. All session data, client information, invoices, and billing records you create in Clocked are stored locally on your machine and never transmitted to our servers.
If you connect your own Stripe account to Clocked, your Stripe API key is stored exclusively in your operating system's secure keychain (macOS Keychain). It is never transmitted to our servers. Your clients' payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never passes through Clocked's infrastructure.

Stripe: Used by you (the engineer) to collect payments from your clients. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Netlify: Hosts this website. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser, page visited) are retained per Netlify's policy.
Purchase records are retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Support emails are retained for 2 years. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email hello@urclocked.com. We will respond within 30 days.
